The hunger wey wire me this afternoon nor get part two. All I had for breakfast was a squeezed lime and grape fruit (the large orange, bitter one), with some cucumber slices. And that was after my 30mins sit-ups and 30mins jog.

Would have loved to do more but time was against me...

you guys will be fine by day 5 your stamina would have improved , u wont finish too tyred and burnt out like the first 3 days, at least na so e be for me i have a workout journal were i document my fitness it was crazy when i first did shred ,

So you need to up your vegetables. . fruits and protein. Carbs too.

Eat balanced diet and drink lots and lots of water to avoid constipation

Next Timé go waround with your pressurised water. Clean any sweat off and spray on yourself. Helps a lot.
