Natural Impulse what? They do these things so that they can win presidential awards like scholarships abroad for MSc and PhDs and automatic jobs. There is always a motive behind it.........just saying but i think am kinda 70% right.

you might say cant a poor man with a brilliant idea solicit for funds to do a project in his lg? yes he can . but getting this people to listen to dat idea is d problem.

Honestly d guy really try. But if I can remember NYSC law says that no corper should use his personal money for any community service. I will be glad to know how he source for all the money he used on those projects.
