Hence, why Scotland was allowed to have a referendum last year.
Heck, even though the law makes a secession by any states in U.S. absolutely pointless. Yet It took 150000 votes in 2012 for texas to activate their right to a secession, of which was rightly turned down by the federal court.

Bear in mind that it is the majority that counts. In Spain any polls on sovereignty must be held nationally hence why they have been repeatedly shut down by Spanish parliament. Go and check Spanish law, the only way they can trigger the clause is for the majority of the Spanish people to vote in favour of a referendum or call for it. Nigerian law is not as water tight as those countries I have mentioned. This has been said countless times by many people.
The point is there are now many laws that bounds the right to a secession unlike in he past where countries like Russia can just hold countries against their wishes.

There should be a call for the revaluation of the union going forward. I know majority of African countries are regional based rather than parliamentary or federal. So I would imagine this also holds true for Nigeria to an extent. Nigeria doesn't have a solid case against a secession by international standards especially when you factor the things like different tribes, religion, marginalisation etc. Major tribe Yoruba, Igbo or hausa/fulani have he right to demand a referendum.
In conclusion, those posts of yours is irrelevant and doesn't mean a secession is impossible if that was the intention of your post.
