Relax and apply for Msc Chemistry, you need funding for this course cos there is no summer break for you to hustle as you'll ways be in the lab. It's good you package yourself and shoot for MSc Chemistry. Apply to minimum of 3 schools that you at least have a 60/70% chance of funding. Save that visa fee for applications.
I will go with your advice slimmy. To be honest with you my uncle cannot fund my whole pharmacy program,I was hoping on work to help assist. If u had known pharmacy was this expensive I wouldn't have bothered. I will just relax and apply for masters in 3 schools like you said. Also when do you advice I apply for masters...this spring or fall next year? And since and changing to masters, will the visa officers ask me why?

Spring or fall, do you have any state in mind for your MSc? Did you take the GRE. As a Chemistry student you are likely to spend all your school days in the Lab especially when you're writing your thesis or doing your research work. It takes more of your time that's why most school usually give lab jobs to students in Chemistry.

not at all, pharmacy school here is expensive and really not a joke. The VO wouldn't frown at you going for Msc, in fact you have a better case now. But I will advice you either go for if you don't have GRE so you can sit down and prepare for it or spring if you have GRE.

look up the GRE thread and make sure you aim for great score. Funding in Texas is highly competitive.

you would have to go to the bank to correct that. I have no idea. But did you type your name correctly. Try using the code to book appointment, if it goes through then I think you don't have an issue.

@Idcom1, please edit your passport number. You wouldn't like a question; are you on Nairaland?

Plz house, I'm still confuse. Someone told me that if you buy a one way ticket even as an F1 the POE officers will think you don't wanna come back. How true is this?. Plz those who have traveled with F1 should reply me so I won't waste money buying round trip and the return ticket will be useless if I dnt get sell it. Thanks
Most tickets are valid for one year. As a student, you don't need a return ticket cos it will definitely expire in a year.

Good day house..... This is benjamin, remember I was denied Visa twice to study pharmacy and I was told by Gurus in the house here to apply for masters since am a graduate or get scholarships to study pharmacy, that it is difficult to convince visa officers how I will pay for my fees considering US citizens studying pharmacy piles up debts everywhere. If you remember my previous interview was denied due to funding because during the interview the V0 was satisfied with me but as soon as he saw my bank statement he denied me visa . My school fees is 6 million and my previous bank statement is 8 million. Now am planning to go for the 3rd time But my sponsor just brought a recent statement which is 11 million and pharmacy requires pre pharmacy before pharmacy school, which means I will be staying a total of 6 years. My question is this since my sponsor could not tender sufficient bank statement, maybe around 30 to cover my tuition. Should I just forget about going for a third time because I have been denied twice and I was denied just last month. Since am a graduate of chemistry,is it better I apply for masters in chemistry. I don't want to waste money paying visa fees and traveling and get denied. I believe in God but a times we have to be realistic and learn from failures. Please I need advice GURUS in the house.
I gave you a candid advice the other day, you still went ahead to post again. It is well with you
