Don't mis quote him please! he said he met almost empty Treasury does not mean he met it empty. mind u, on daily basis, Nigeria makes money in billions of Naira and Dollars. it is from this money that daily expenditures is being taken from.
even if he meets the Treasury empty, that does not mean some profits wont be banked in. Nigeria has a lot of income from various investments and resources. but mismanagement and embezzlement has never made it possible to declare profits and reserves.
let's give him a chance to see what he will do by the end of 100 days and 1year. at least he has stopped the billions of naira abi na dollars of contract awarded to militant to secure our oil they are stealing..... I reserve the rest

Buhari has managed to achieve 1000 deaths in the space of 1month, that's quite an achievement (nevertheless a perverted one).
At 1000 a month, he should be able in 6months to surpass the total deaths under GEJ's administration. Buhari released 182 suspects today, same suspects that were detained under GEJ, Buhari sees the insurgency as them vs us, that's the problem I have with Buhari.
