Helo I'm having 2 issues with my BlackBerry Q10 (I have been using it for a year now)

1.the sensor which was active while making calls is no longer functioning any reasons?

2. Since I upgraded my Os from 10.2 to 10.3 once I leave d fone at nyt to sleep d screen becomes dead in d morning and it can only function when I remove d ba3 and put it back in after a minimum. Of 5 tymz

Any help?
