please my tecno h7 fell down and the screen shattered so i repaired it with 11.500 but it developed another fault after the repairs,if i call someone or recieve a call without using headset then my screen will go dark and i cant hear anyone but this doesnt happen wen i use earpiece.

Hi! Do you mean after you changed your screen in Carlcare Service Center, your phone began to have this new problem? If so, pls tell us your work order number, IMEI number, phone number and which Carlcare Service Center you sent your phone to repair, so that we can transfer the information to our colleagues to check the details.
