So what about the PDP states owning too? Some of these state owing staff are richer than Osun state. Let us assumed they have all misappropriate resources. Do you expect Buhari not to do something about the menace. cos of the shouting masses expecting alerts. If Buhari close his ears to the shouting masses, then a lot of people will count it as wickedness on his part. Such noises would even distract him and likewise slow him down

One thing I know is that He cant satisfy everybody especially TANoids. I do not belong to any party but I want this country to progress, and I will be quick to commend the government if it does something worth commending e.g what Buhari just did

This is money going out without any plans to recover or replace it, at what point do your criminal APC governors start taking responsibility for the penury of their respective states? No! They will of course wait for a favourable F.G to come bail them, in the capitalist economy we are supposed to be practising, many of these states should have been declared bankrupt, stripped down for parts and absorbed by other states but here we prop them up and perpetuate their leeching other struggling state economies by means of a partial federal arbitor!!!

Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Nigeria’s former minister of finance said on Tuesday night that the $2 billion she was alleged to have withdrawn from Excess Crude Account without authorisation was used to pay for fuel subsidy on the instruction of former President Goodluck Jonathan.
She however said the issue was discussed at the Federation Accounts Allocation Committee (FAAC), a statutory body which is chaired by the Minister of State for Finance in which all the states are represented.
The former Minister however said FAAC did not approve the withdrawal.
It will be recalled that Nigerian state governors had after the inauguration of the National Economic Council about two weeks ago accused Okonjo-Iweala of spending $2 billion from the ECA, a pool of funds which belonged to the three tiers of government.
Adams Oshiomole, the governor of Edo state told journalists that there has been a depletion in the funds from $4.1 billion as at November 2014 to $2.1 billion, even when there was no authorisation for any withdrawal from the funds known to state chief executives.
The governors had subsequently set up a committee made up of four of their members to investigate the withdrawals.
“Payments made were used for paying for petroleum subsidies for the Nigerian people and were approved by Mr President,” Iweala said in a statement issued by Paul Nwaibuikwu, her media assistant.
“Therefore there is no question of mismanaging any resources here,” she added
Okonjo-Iweala also said FAAC did not approve such expenditures, but “that all these expenditures were discussed at FAAC meetings attended by Finance Commissioners from the 36 states.”

How much is going to them?
How did these majority APC states get into this financial penury in the first instance? Defaulting on salaries, debt management amongst other things!!! At about the same period Buhari's electioneering campaign started ? Please, Buhari should take nobody for fool thinking we are not aware this has been pre-planned to offset the bill these APC states footed for his campaign so all these hogwash of including PDP states is for the benefit of gullible members of the public of which i am not one.
