Hell rufai and oshiomole should be sued for slander to provide proof NOI simply withdrew $2.1 billion dollars and called Nigerian governors to come and collect their share of free money. it should be in a court outside Nigeria. Especially as those in government are notorious for disregarding the ruling of our courts.

Now if you are a judge, are you not partsan? Wait for the outcome of the probe. Stop calling someone witch and liar because even you cannot stand it. Make your point and move on. We are here to get information not to learn how to insult.

I have always called her a liar far before this time for reasons that doesnt even have to do with this. Dishing out paper acheivement that has no bearing to the reality on ground. Even the commissioners have come out to publicly declared that she lied against them so am pretty safe.

Which culture teaches you to call someone a liar based on sentiment? Is it because you do not know her in person? She is someone's mother remember.

The witchh has always been a liar. A shameless one for that matter. Do u remember the below:

HOUSE OF REPS FUEL SUBSIDY PROBE: Farouk Lawan: what is Nigeria’s daily fuel consumption?
Diezieni: 52million Liters
NNPC: 35m liters
DPR: 43m liters
PPPRA: 24M liters
Okonjo: 40M liters

Farouk Lawan: What was the subsidy for 2011?
Diezieni: 1.4Trillion
Okonjo: 1.3Trillion
CBN: 1.7Trillion

Farouk Lawan: Can we have the KPMG REPORT?
Okonjo: I have to go through the report first
Diezieni: I have not seen the report

Farouk Lawan: What is the production capacity of our local refineries?’
NNPC: 30%
PPPRA: 20%
DPR: 13%
Diezieni: 15%

Farouk Lawan: Does Nigeria pay subsidy on locally refined Products?
Diezaini: it depends
NNPC: The lay man cannot understand how it’s done
PPPRA: yes
DPR: No

Farouk Lawan: Why is Kerosene still scarce?
Diezieni: Because its use by the aviation industry as aviation fuel
NNPC: Because there is no subsidy so NNPC overstretched its resources
PPPRA: it’s not properly deregulated

Farouk Lawan: what is the balance in the subsidy accounts?
Diezieni: it’s a virtual account
NNPC: There is no account in existence as the lay man will look at it
PPPRA: The account is a technical one
CBN: There is no account with us for subsidy
Okonjo: The account exists but not with a bank. grin grin grin grin grin grin grin grin
Hmmm, abracadabra, the more you see the less u understand!

The crook deserves to rot in jail. grin grin
She is a nausea ting woman, just a step better than Diezanni in the order of the most nauseating ministers this country has produced.

Subsidy was appropriated for in the budget my brother. That makes the act by the former government justified. My problem with the Governors led by Oshiomole is that they are being insincere.

NO! If it was appropriated for, then you have just indicted GEJ's govt. ECA belongs to FG, SGs, and LGs.

What is indictment? Did the Minister spend the said money on Subsidy or not? Did the Minister, the Minister of state and AGF informed the FAAC of the development or not? Did the FAAC raise any alarm upon receiving the update? Did the Minister unilaterally spent the money or it was done upon approval by the FEC?

These are questions we are to ask. If you are saying the ECA belongs to all levels of government, does that make NOI a thief or what? Did she pocket the money? There is NO indictment here. This is a case of FG spending from the ECA to fund an appropriated project. The Govs should face the FG and not officers of the former government

This flip flopping woman with her over rated Harvard degree.
This same person told us just 2weeks ago that oshiomole was a liar and that d FAAC approved the withdrawals which it has no constitutional authority to do.
Now that that same body has distanced itself from the false approval, she is now lying that she never said they gave approval but that they were ' AWARE' of it!
The truth that has now come out is that she in connivance with the president withdrew that amount without the approval of the only statutory body so authorized to do so!
This woman and d former president should thank their stars Nigeria is not China or Malaysia, by now they would have been looking at the hangman's noose or at best a lifejail term!!Rubbish, see d foolish woman taking other Nigerians for fools!!!

Thank you. My Igbo brothers and sisters are falling my hand with their support for brazen armed robbers!!!!!

I'm not trying to hold brief for the Jonathan led government because I am not happy that he allowed himself to be forced by the rogues called governors to share the Excess Crude Account among themselves.

Back to the topic, I think Governor Oshiomole aka "Go and Die" and the APC are insincere and unfair to madam NOI. They all were aware in January this year when the Accountant General and the Minister for State of finance talked about using $2billion to make susidy payment. In fact, the exMin of State for finance briefed the FAAC on this development. Where were they then? Are they not aware? If Jonathan hadn't paid subsidy claims that period the Nigeria people would have faced the heat of fuel scarcity because marketers don't joke with their money(just like what happened at the twilight of his administration).

For Oshiomole to ask "what NOI did with the money" shows that he's being cunning with the whole thing. In fact, I urge the FG to institute a probe and let's end this cat and rat chase once and for all
Why do u keep supporting Jonathan blindly? This is a man that squandered/looted money meant for u and me..

This is not the kind of change we all worked for, what we see now is selfish change. Bokoharam renewed vigour for suicide mission, petrol scarcity, joblessness on d rise, dollar getting high daily, militants resuscitation, political thuggery everywhere. Tinubu, Saraki & Co are only after who control the National Assembly, so where is the Change?
u no well, so we should allow d past go,just like that. D kind of change i risk my life for, is to ensure gej and his cohort go to jail, they wil vomit all d stolen money. D budgeted subsidy scam money was not enof to steal, they dip their hand into excess crude acc to pay d same subsidy that was budgeted for. May God punish gej and iweala.

Oga which extra withdrawal? NASS don't tell Executive where to collect money...it isn't their business. They only approve spending wrt the overall budget. How the executive get their money is not part of their mandate. NASS made provision for subsidy in the budget, the government paid for the subsidy from the ECA, how does that become "extra withdrawal"? Where was FAAC all these while when she was updating them? If the States have any problem they should channel it to the FG(institution) and not officers of government.
