Moving from where to Abuja? If it's from within Nigeria, then what crime exactly has he committed that warranted parading him? Has the origin of the money been established? The onus is on the relevant authorities to INVESTIGATE and establish that the money originated from criminal activity or other illegal sources before prosecuting him or parading him in the media. If their investigation does not yield anything that clearly links the man and the money to crime, then there is nothing to make noise about because he will be deemed innocent.
