I think that in choosing the best coaches, one of the criteria should be ability to work within limited budget. I tell you, the likes of Tony Pulis, Alan Pardew, and even David Moyes will finish ahead of Mourinho.

Give me £200million every year and a ready made team and tell me why I wouldn't give you EPL 10 straight years. But these guys take a quack team out of relegation yet get no credits.
