Yes, every administration will like to budget less for subsidy brother but the have the Nigetia to consider and source for a way to do it while pampering the average citizen....

To me, i think this present administration should source for more revenue for subsidy from the ECA because most of the NEC if not 90 percent misuse it.... at least you can bear witness with the released figures for past 4years

The NEC must always have the day so he needs to man up because he is the president of the country and not the NEC only... If truly, this was true as said by NOI and you say it is not justified, where then do you expect the money of subsidy to come from and at whose expense if not the citizens?
Wouldn't you have rain more curses on him and not the NEC for scarcity?
Please let us be rational here... you just don't rule a straight line against a reading and you call it rule of law... his principal objectives are Nigerians and Nigeria which they NEC care less...
What was done with the EC revenue given to them even with NOI advise for savings because raining days approaches?
If these people refuse heeding these advice don't you think it calls for a rethink as a president?
Since the Legislators are not part of this, He is the premier of the executive and has the power on his office to do so for the best interest of his people .
So because the NEC are part of the whole should the citizens suffer at their mercy?
It is wickedness to the NEC because it was presented and didn't take them on surprise called first hearing...
the NEC are wicked and selfish, so i vehemently support it...
As for the extra budgetary spending it is the duty of the legislators and backed by constitution... which constitution backs that of ECA this is why they always hold the FED and the citizens at ransom but concur only on their selfish interest and desires...

My position is simple, if anybody is proven to have taken, stolen or "inadvertently misplaced " our funds they should be made to return same.
I heard 20, 10, 5 billion was "stolen", let the present administration find it wherever it is, as much money is needed with the plummeting oil.

I am tired of hearing of "missing" money, I want to hear of found money.

In another direction, I want to know who is approving the funds that are being released since over 1 month, without any FAAC and FEC ?

PDP can steal and also lie! If 2 billion dollars were used to pay for fuel subsidy there will be duly acknowledged documents to show that money was actually paid to the marketers, she is only been economical with the truth. The money have been shared but if not let the documents used to pay those they paid be tendered if they didn't file them.

It's not the matter of whether GEJ told you to use the money or not. Has it been documented? If it were documented I'm sure we'll not be here talking about it cos it would've been on record.
Now the question is how did GEJ ordered you to use the money? Via text, hand written letter? Phone call? Verbal Communication? Or which means?

I deliberately used FEC because before any decision is made, the Executive through Mr President or members of the council will first give the go-ahead. As long as the said money was spent on subsidy then the governors should direct their demands to the FG and not officers of government. Iwaela is not finance minister personified neither is GEJ President personified. You can only cry if the said money was diverted to personal accounts of the former officials.
