I don't think a foreign coach will want to work here with the increased insecurity up north,

U sacked keshi and u are employing oliseh, what the fvck is wrong with this country? Imagine pinnick saying that oliseh has vast experience, what experience is he talking about? National team is not a place u come to learn how to coach

Oliseh knows his Onion in football, a very good analyst

Don't know if he has similar attributes in coaching...I just pray the NFF gives him the free hand to work, and avoid the Keshi brouhaha incidents.

Goodluck Oliseh...U will need it!

The only reason I support him is because he is a Nigerian. As for his ability to successfully handle the national team,I doubt.I hope he proves me wrong.

Where are the players he would use, is there anyone of them that plays for top club regularly?
The truth is that today Nigeria just has average players. Expectations shouldn't be too high.

Been a good football analyst does not translate to a good coach.
I hope he delivers.
Wishing him the best.

just travel to nearby Ghana here, the way they talk about Nigerias bombings...ehn! ,if not that we really live here and know our way in and out,I won't even come near Naija at all.
Re: NFF Confirms ‘agreement’ With Oliseh As Keshi’s Successor by klax(m): 10:13pm On Jul 08, 2015
Olisehhuh Well let's give him the chance possibly he can perform better. I still prefer him to that Yusuf and the only person I don't want to hear his name as Super Eagle coach Shuaib Amodu he is another lazy coach like Keshi who has tun out of ideas.

Oliseh it's your time take it and show all you have striving for boy. Goodluck

He surely will prove critics wrong. Kudos to NFF for opting for an indigenous coach as a replacement for Keshi.

'The Igbo Click' - I remember the good old days when Nigerian football was something to be proud off!

(Uche, Oliseh, Okocha, Kanu . . . .. )
Most deltans are not Igbo and they are strongly rejecting Igbo identity whenever one ignorantly call them ibo, don.t wish yourself goodluck on what doesn't belong to you ....

Oh really? I remember his feud with Keshi sometime ago, over the Eagles' defeat. He said he didn't want Keshi's job...
And now, this?

God is watching all of them in 3D. He's just prepping their cane in hot Paraffin!

This guy is very temperamental, won't he head - butt the players like he'd done to one of his colleagues, during his playing days?

Dont doubt his ability go & carry out an adequate research on him,you wl know he's more qualified than anyother african coach.
Good point well made. He is a Uefa grade A coach, and now a fifa approved coach. He's also a football consultant and has coached during his spell in getting his coaching badge, otherwise, how did he get the coaching badge?!!!

of course most Deltans aren't Igbo. Some are Isoko, Itsekiri, Urhobo etc....but the ones he mentioned are Igbo.

We appreciate your efforts to speak for us, but we know where we are..

@topic.....yes, time for Oliseh to walk his talk and put all that analysis to the test.....oh, and like menace2society said, we got a good-looking coach grin
