The OP listed medical problems you came here quoting Scripture! How does a spiritual answer solves a medical problem? True Sarah gave birth at 99, but not without faith and definitely no other partner than Abraham.....and of course the time they lived differ from ours and their diet and drugs. Or how many of the 9billion humans on earth now has that kinda faith or their system isn't bleeped up from drugs or genetics? Dudes gotta get this straight, No doubt, The God factor holds true but the fact is there is TIME for everything. We all need to pocket our favorite excuse of 'it is better late than never' and adopt the more beneficial ' never late is better' principle. The Sarah story is principally to teach us the virtue of endurance and faith and not waiting till 99 or 35 in this case before we start thinking of getting married or getting pregnant. Who even told you Sarah and Ibrahim haven't been Married in their 20's? They been trying, they been wanting it from time immemorial. ... My point is get married early enough to avert possible risks , give birth to the number of issues you can comfortably/manageably cater for, If you don't get pregnant till you're heading towards menopause however, then its time to look up at Sarah and Ibrahim for inspiration.
