Please give the exact instance where he said this. I know for a fact importers held a conference two days ago in Lagos begging the CBN to relax import laws which they said has tightened their operations so badly.

->Constitute a cabinet with a well detailed plan on how each ministries will run
->Start giving out license to interested investors on the mining industry
->Start attacking Boko Haram in their hideouts in Sambisa
->Start up the war on corruption (he is doing this partially)
All these can be achieved within 40 days
