My friend sharaaaaaaap! His first step should be towards insecurity in this country. I am very sure you haven't been affected by the bombings in the north, hence your stand on this. Besides the immediate past administration had planned all these before their exit from office. Its either you re dumb or responding based on sentiments.

midolian:
sometimes, I wonder how some of you reason. Now tell me, is this not a step in the right direction? I am surre u didn't even read the post @ all. Common sense should tell you, by doing this, employment opportunities will be created.

You can't fix all Nigeria problems @ the same time even if u have a magic wand.

You guys are just Annoyingly gullible.

Another vague promise, that goes contrary to the actions on ground. Just a few weeks ago, this happened----> http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/06/fg-lifts-ban-on-importation-of-furniture-textiles/

He called the lady's language a language of bigots and since I speak same I guess I can automatically be qualified as one
U don't sound like one 2me... Ur language, my language or any1s' language isn't a judge of who any1 is. Infact, its one of d most btful elements of dis nation.

Read well sir!

I did say NL was turning me into one.
I can't go through a thread without seeing tribal comments esp against my tribe even when it comes to something as frivolous as artists.

I'm slowly becoming one, I'm from where I'm from, even though I rarely go home, my home will always be my home. Whatever is said about my people or language affects me equally. Even though I'm a Nigerian, I have roots.

"Read well sir!"? Dat sounds rude.
"U don't sound like one 2me": It's in good faith(more like a compliment).
Refering 2 all language in general implies dat I see all languages as equal, regardless of where any1 is from.

Notin I said up there required a rude statement 4rm u...
And unfortunately, dis is one of d very big prob of NL, everyone is unnecessarily on d defensive.. No one takes comments in good faith...

Even her father listens to CNN and BBC hausa service. He goes camp in hands begging G7 and the imperialists. I wonder how to reconcile this with this his stand.

i feel that statement from d president is unnecessary. u saying u dont want nigeria to be flooded with foreign products, ok biko why not make an enabling environment that will make possible the production of those foreign products by indigenous firms in the country??
Well, that's the plan...u dont expect him to achieve it within his first 44 days in office, do u?
