Our Judiciary as it is now is a threat to not just our democracy but to the continued existence of this nation. There's need for urgent reforms in that arm of Govt

On what ground did the National Industrial Court gave in to the prayers of the 22 APC rascals? This is a rape to democracy and a big setback to Nigeria's democratic struggle. RVSG must appeal this sham of a judgement!
How can a Judge reinstate rascals that were "selected" by some guy from Ubima without the input of Riverians? How can something be legitimate when the RSIEC extant law was abused? How can the LG poll be legitimate when there was a court injunction and there wasn't INEC voters register? This is sad...

The Federal High court that made a judgement favorable to WIke and the NIC that made a judgement favorable to the opposing camp av concurrent jurisdiction so a judgement from one cannot purport to override the other. Federal court of Appeal is yet to make any declaration.

Nigeria's problem has a lot to do with the constitution and duplicity of jurisdictions contained in the enabling laws of different institutions. Otherwise, is it possible for an industrial court to try a political case?

I am just wondering. I am not an expert here. Can any credible lawyer in the house clarify me please?
