On a more serious note.

1.Buhari should appoint people who have experience with, or know all about unconventional warfare.

2.Buhari should also appoint a head for the new special forces unit we are building up.

3.We need the Police force to be thoroughly revamped. Our Police is not fully ready for the new kind of criminal that the Boko Haram is .

4.We should not appoint any deadwood, or corrupt person to head our army.

5.Time we also revised the training of our soldiers. Is unconventional warfare on the curriculum of the NDA and the Depot NA.?

6.Prisons need a new head....and we need six new SUPERMAX prisons...capable of housing up to 20000 prisoners, and guarded by heavily armed specialist prison guard units. No more colonial era prisons.
