This is not purely an employment matter.
The issue is whether or not the election was valid. NIC lacks jurisdiction to hear the case.

How can a Judge reinstate rascals that were "selected" by some guy from Ubima without the input of Riverians? How can something be legitimate when the RSIEC extant law was abused? How can the LG poll be legitimate when there was a court injunction and there wasn't INEC voters register? This is sad...

Oh dear where do I start?

The constitution say "a chief justice" not specifying as to a the particular state the governor is from.

The same constitution is very clear on the jurisdiction of the NIC.

They are two different scenarios.

The Federal High court that made a judgement favorable to WIke and the NIC that made a judgement favorable to the opposing camp av concurrent jurisdiction so a judgement from one cannot purport to override the other. Federal court of Appeal is yet to make any declaration.

National Industrial Court is equivalent to a High Court..

A high Court cannot set aside the judgement of another High court..

Only a higher court (the court of appeal) can do that.
