The tears on my cheeks shows greatly how much hurt/pains this graphic photo/incident brought to me!

Not even one leg. Both legs for crying out loud! How can one take this? How can she live with this? All because of some beasts who were carrying some useless papers. No matter how nuch those goats were carrying, are those papers worth this girl's life? If you think it does, then I wish someone can offer you such money and cut off your legs.

I feel so hurt by this incident! I keep hating this hell hole called Nigeria every single day! This is also where I'll favour jungle justice for those bastards who caused this accident! They don't deserve a second chance!

It is just a case of ingrained lawlessness!
It has nothing to do with "TIME, DISTANCE, SECURITY or EFFICIENCY!

At times, when l factor-in "everything", l think we are at more danger, surreptitiously though, from our Nigerian Police, than from even the dreaded Boko haram!

I say this because you at least know that Boko H is a terrorist group, brain-washed to think they can impose Sharia on the whole country. That is their "clear ideology" and they are using 'mad-terror' to attempt to achieve it. God-willing and with the support of ALL Nigerians, they will be crushed.

In the case of the Nigerian Police wo/man, they are openly declared as "To Serve and to Protect"!
*They are funded by our Tax
*They live amongst us
*We do not harm them in anyway
*They are equipped with Guns and Ammunition from our Sweat
*YET, they unleash a "Boko Haram type" of Terror on ordinary civilians, everyday!
*They do it in broad daylight, over and over again!
*They gloat about it (something like: I will just WASTE YOU!)
*Even when danger comes knocking, they are quick to remove their Uniform and run away like a rabbit
*They serve the interest of their pocket and extort us daily, at every opportunity!
*They do extra-judicial killings, seize people's wealth, terrorize us and humiliate unarmed civilians


This reckless Bullion Van drivers have NEVER prevented a Bank Robbery as far as l know
-What is the "crazy and menacing driving" all about?
-Why ruin an innocent girls life, just to "show-off" (I know if they hear a gunshot at that moment, they will all abandon straight away!)

But more importantly, why has the "most-wicked and evil-hearted" arm of Government" - The JUDICIARY, abandoned its role and the Citizens?
Why is it that a Bullion Van can cause an accident, drive against traffic and kill innocent citizens, YET WE HAVE NO RECOURSE TO JUSTICE AND COMPENSATION? ..

....Because the JUDICIARY will thwart every effort to impose sanity! WHY? WHY Mr. JUDGE, do you do this?

The above is what creates, drives and perpetuates IMPUNITY within the Police and other security Forces.... or do they also have IMMUNITY?

While we blame Buhari or Jonathan for most of the woes in this country, is it not time that we THE CITIZENS, rise-up and demand JUSTICE and FAIR-PLAY from those we feed with our taxes?

History teaches us that "Nothing Good is given Freely, .....it is demanded and snatched".

Or are we THE CITIZENS only good at playing Tribal sentiments, being used as "election canon Fodder" or are we just the "simply stewpid Eediots" that we appear to be ....and the "Powers-that-be", ..think we are?

The most heart-breaking thing I've seen all week.

I thought I was desensitized to these things, but for the love of God that lady is still (unfortunately) alive!!

How do we go beyond such reckless inanity?! Because too many people are to blame in this instance including the Bank Chiefs, Police Chiefs, and both sets of 10k/month Peasants that call themselves Policemen and Bullion Van Drivers.

And to you reading, if you drive on the lane of oncoming traffic, or throw garbage out of your vehicle, or do ANYTHING you would typically not do in the presence of God or President, YOU ARE A DESPICABLE FŮCKTARD! Go and dwell in an evil forest, that is if the beasts there can even tolerate your cretiny!

Its a massive miracle that she survived,DAT impact cuz ppl die at DAT spot of impact.Almighty GOD her strength nd support from loved ones.GOD av mercy on us all.disheartening.

Nigerian, I tire for una, you see a dying person and all you could do is snap pictures, cant you help the dying girl, i tell you with quick response, that girl will not die but may lose her both legs, but from what i see, except by miracle that girl will die from shock, something simple first aid can solve.
My advice to all Nigerian youth ensure you receive training in life saving skills, like first aid, you wont know when you will need it. God has used me to save a life and i know the value of first aid skills.

It s a case of "shared responsibility".

If you work for a company and in the process of doing your "assigned job", you cause harm to others, both YOU and YOUR EMPLOYERS are Liable.
Its that simple.
There is a legal term for it which l cant scoop out of my head right now.
Something like "Vicarious liability" (?)

The idea is to force employers to "properly train their employee" so that they can discharge their duties ....responsibly
Imagine how the situation would have been, if every bank "summarily sacks" every bullion van driver that does this type of thing... and then the law prosecutes the driver.
