The ones I see on NL are between over grown babies fighting for tribal relevance here on NL.
Before Kanu was, there was already this bad blood I see here on NL between igbos and yorubas, besides, let's leave Kanu aside, no igbos has taken arms to fight yorubas. I don't even think the igbos will dare except they are pushed to.Again, it's not enough to criticise igbo race.

Igbos being on Facebook and running their own social handle shouldn't be no one's business. Remember they are agitating for thier own self determination. As far as no one has picked a cutlass to arm any yoruba man for biafra, I dont think there's a problem here. There's also a yoruba group, set up to discuss yoruba interest.

Lagos is for Lagosians. I am born and bred in Lagos. My primary school and secondary was in lagos, and by extension I still studied in Benin. My MSC. is also from from south west.u don't have the right to tell me I am less of a yoruba woman. You may not even be a Lagosian by birth! Or a Lagosian at al.

Did you say moving after the war? To where if i may ask? To the same land a non existent biafra c that majority of the igbos are beginning to crave for? The same biafra that was fought and lost with their own blood? and years later, they still want and still agitates for?

Truly I am yet to get a tangible explanation why you think the igbos are hateful. All the excuses up there are just too flimsy to cause tribal hatred.

"Over grown babies" .I see you trying to downplay it here like you don't know the truth.what people type online is 90% of the time what they actually feel. you can choose to take it as just verbal exchange but its real only that we hide it

"Igbos being on Facebook and running their own social handle shouldn't be no one's business. Remember they are agitating for thier own self determination" So you're trying to justify those comments your fellows make? pathetic!pathetic! and no one is saying they shouldn't agitate for biafra. its none of our business and you don't have to include us in your discussions. Lol I see you trying to prove to me you're more of a lagosian than me. look the Nigerian scenario is quite different. we're divided into tribes and it has always been part of our history. even politicians use it as a tool. an ibo is an ibo. if you like live in lagos for hundred years it still doesn't change your tribe. Why pretend here like you identify yourself as a yoruba woman

You contradicted yourself at the end when you said "All the excuses up there are just too flimsy to cause tribal hatred" at the same time confirming earlier that there has always been bad blood. now its up to you differentiate between "bad blood and hatred"

funny enough yourba and igbo are in reality best of friends. it is only in print that we see all this sentiment. they marry one another, they do very serious biz together. and even the two groups blended than any other groups in this country. Most people on nairaland spiting tribal hatred, on one outside nairaland they are actually friends. If dont believe just try and check it out.

this yoruba igbo fight exists only here on nairaland. both tribes coexists and transact successful day ti day business quite very peacefully. So when an idiot comes in here to spew hate and propagate hatred just because they are yoruba living in lagos trying to claim superiority...i laugh so tey ehn...so yall should shut up already qnd go find beter things to do with your lives. biko

I would have understood you much better if you explain more about this "hateful"igbos in akure please.Have you seen me insulting the yoruba tribe? I am only down toning it because pointing out the social media as your source of "hateful" doesn't make sense at alllll. You not saying anything!

Is this hate coming from what they spill in social media (which of course is not limited to only the igbo tribe) or WHAT THEY DO outside the realities of social media?

Truth is, even with the misguided comments of the Oba coffee Lagos, if Ambode had lost, no war would have been fought. NA STILL YORUBA MAN GO HE GOVERNOR AND NOT AN IGBO MAN. Besides he won't be fuulish to carry out shiite because cit won't be a lagos vs igbo war but a full blown nigerian war. EVERY WHERE WOULD HAVE BEEN BOILING. Because nigeria was very fragile those times and any fullishness if not curbed, would have resulted to something way beyond what he anticipated.

90 percent of Igbos investment are spread all over north, west and part of south. The Hausas and Yorubas re d most accommodating tribe in Nigeria, especially the hausas except for religious differences. Yet they (igbos) av d gut to do anyhw in anoda man's land.

If not for dogmatism, y would u(igbos) want to vote against d govt(ACN/APC) who provide an en ably environment for business and personal life.

Can any tribe try all dis nonsense in their own land?

If not for democracy, by now, many of dem could've been in "LAGOON"

There has always been bad blood . I down toned it because all the excuses I have been and you gave here are just too flimsy! You just pointed out very irrelevant things here. How can I justify or hold so much relevance to this "hateful igbos" opinion of yours based on

1, kanu, who until yesterday nobody is beginning to make waves like the Oba of lagos. These two people needs to get a room! No pun intended.

2, the fact that you said "Igbos talks too much"

3, we are everywhere

4 They claim to own these properties and that properties (oof course legally)

I can't hate a tribe for the excuses you put up there.I can only down tone it to prove that it's (your excuses)craving to much attention that it needs. I am looking for the bad blood before Kanu, before Oba Akio lu

My Igbo brother, no one stops you from going back and forming Biafara land.
I still think the new Biafra with time will not contain only Igbos, there will be other tribes. They will co-exist as human being because that is one of the characteristic of life and trust in the next few years other section will want to form another God knows the name. we continue splitting and splitting.
All we need in this Nigeria is transparency and love for us all to live in peace. The world is gradually becoming a Global village. There is no need to split.

There's no need to deny that the average ibo man regardless of where he resides in yorubaland has a deep hatred for yoruba people as a result of the civil war. The traders won't tell you. will you tell your customers or make it appear you hate them? No! are those voices we hear on radio biafra robots? or is that one social media too? Even if you hate a white man will you say it to his face? No! radio biafra came as a platform for ibos to truly say what's on their minds same with these social networks. Some of the callers saying they're ready to kill yoruba people when "director" gives them the go ahead. do you think they don't have yoruba colleagues? Will they say it when they see us? No! you won't even know this is what they have in mind.

We can shout "One Nigeria" as much as we want but at the end of the day, the unity is fake and that's why i'm a supporter of the biafran course
