'It was 1912' watch your tenses. That stated, slavery may have been over in it's basest form but the institution of colonialism and its' attendant ills still plagued pretty much all of the new world and in places such as South America, USA and Africa Jim Crowe Laws or policies akin to it were still the order of the day....you really don't know anything about history apart from what you saw on the sensationalized Titanic movie do you?

reading about the ship is always amazing for me, from the building and construction of the ship itself to the decor and even the passengers...and then that iceberg #shrugs

The movie shot in 1996 is still one of my favourites film. Well done Mr. Sile for this mind blowing piece. Had to save the pictures. How I wish history is return back to our schools so has to learn d ways of our forefathers. Maybe we will find peace n morals which has got lost in this generation. Maybe man will find a reason to live together in harmony n stop inventing weapons and storing them up for d annihilation of d human race!

In picture no. 8, it says "Louis & Lola ? - Titanic Survivors". The captioning says "Michel and Edmond".
