bet365 has a very heavy website & very few fones can handle it, need a tested & trusted brand? Go for blackberry(I personally use my bold 5) phone, with Os 7 & above. Some Android Os find it difficult loading that first page. Go for bb if You need efficiency with bet365, but if You need some pretty fone with hardcore specs> android.

Windows Mobile isn't all that popular. You might find the operating system clumsy. Blackberry isn't a choice too except you are an arsenal fan because they hang every so often. What you need is an Android phone , the RAM should be greater than 1gb and it should not be a dual core processor. From quad core processor and above and you'll be fine.
But then again you didn't state your budget. Do that and I'll give you a list of devices within the price range.
