I have turned on access memory but pc wouldn't still see it. When I put it on auto detect, it sees it when requires me to download blend which I have but wldnt install while if I put it on windows it wouldn't detect it at all. Pls help this bb10 noob. At all too kindly send your inputs

It is because the drivers has not been installed on your laptop, install BlackBerry Link or blend and you are good to go... it will automatically load the drivers and you can access your memories

Thanks for the mention. Blend won't install I have downloaded it and tried it countless times rebooting my pc in between but it wouldn't still install. I've also tried using administration permissions but still the same thing. It's just annoying

My sister's Z3 behaves same way. Her windows 8 system dosent see the hotspot. But it takes a lot of patience to turn off and on the airplane mode and same for the wireless button before it finally appears on the list of wireless networks.

You may have to be PATIENT in trying those options because I dont think there is a solution for it.

If you have a pc with BlackBerry link installed on it, you should do a backup of your phone and reload the OS.

Switch on ur laptop wifi and search again... except ur wireless adapter is off or missing, it should detect ur phone hot spot since others can see it.

I've done that severally, and I have also tried using another phone's hotspot and it worked perfectly well. And vise versa

it's from the windows 8 not from the phone. The best way is to use USB cable and tether it and u will browse without disturbance

The correct apn is blackberry.net. Is it what you making use of?
