The part that baffles me in is story is the fact that court A sent him to jail nd anoda court granted him bail over same cas. Wre dey using diff law refrences?

the most annoying thing there is that, those animal celebrating the criminal have nothing to benefit from all the money looted by Lamido. I don't know how somebody especially in Nigeria cannot think with deep sense of reasoning. The money that suppose to be for all the state Lamido and sons looted it and the fools were there celebrating him. What could have been the best thing is for police to tear gas them,beat and arrest some of them.

Amaechi said it all that they will keep on looting because we the masses are not throwing stones on them. Why won't the politicians be encouraged to loot more if this mammoth crowd can come out to welcome person that stole their common wealth along with his children. We have a long way to go in this country.

Nigeria is in trouble. People supporting people suspected of theft.

I hope a bloody revolution is not what will eventually put a stop to all this mess. Even at that, we will not get our money back, and youths will end up starting from the scratch to rebuild this nation.

I will rather be a self-reliant working on my own than to take part in a crowd celebrating and rejoicing release of criminal who don't know our existence on earth. I always pity people when they show more concerns to people who will never wriggle them out of poverty, and only to steal their millions of money without improving basic needs of their life. They care only when they want vote from people. I don't want to waste much of my saliva talking too much, so i rest my case.

I am not saying that Lamido and his sons are saints, I am only saying that if every politician can be as corrupt as Lamido, then this country would have been very far from where it is today. The truth is, for some reasons I can't place my bet on, this man has had to constantly come up on EFCC's radar, when we have people like the other governors I mentioned earlier walking as free men. The other ones stole monies that were meant for these 'nice buildings' which is called infrastructure and part of what is termed development in a state.

I cannot give you a comprehensive analysis of the state of education in all rural areas of Jigawa state, but if you have credible information that he met it in a good state and left it in a bad state, or he met it in a bad state and did nothing to improve it, please feel free to share.

And as far as I can tell, he managed his economy well. At least he didn't owe salaries nor did he borrow huge monies to pay same. If by innovative you mean leaving Jigawa state in a state where it can conveniently run on it's own like 'Lagos state' did under Tinubu, then I will leave you to your conscience.

till we seize to have persons like you in this country, we won't move forward. Corruption is corruption, don't come here and try to deceive gullible people here that if other politicians are as corrupted the way lamido is, Nigeria could have have been better than where we are. Nigeria is not a country. It is a jungle where you are licenced to grab as much as you can. If it had been a country her citizens would have loved to protect and preserve it.
