Sentiment aside,OBJ is very correct and i am sure that was why he was doing all he can to wake GEJ up while GEJ was stiil there but Jonathan was carried away by the looting he was doing.I just pray he does not go to jail. |

See how a former leader is talking; that a region will suffer as if Nigeria belongs to one particular region because apc didnt get enough vote from the region so wtf? Nigeria belongs to all; I don't care who is president; he has no choice when it comes to development of the whole region; that's his job; Nigeria will never grow till Jesus comes if we continue to be tribalistic and favour only the region you came from..we are playing ludo in Nigeria.. no development will come wether you like it not. 3 Likes 1 Share |

If Obasanjo was to be a god/God i would have raise my eye brow on this statement but since he is a mere mortal it borders me not because man proposes but God disposes |

madamoringo: Madamorinacorner, Are you talking about the same Obasango the Yari.ba peeps refused to vote in as president of Nigeria? Anyway, backstabbing and double-talking are pertinent characters associated with Yoruba people. obj, for those of us who witnessed the war, you did not get to the war front. You refused to take over from Adekunle when who was withdrawn. You said you are an artisan. Though you later succumbe but you were always giving command off war front. |

sukkot:my brother there was no need for that...how do you know i come from that part of the country? u already concluded in this anonymous forum....that being said we as a country have enough resources that could be harnessed to make our country prosperous and a paradise...but certain bigoted, tribalistic, greedy, selfish individuals will not let this happen...there is abundance in the universe |

FxDuke:we are talking about food here. it all comes down to food. where is all the food ? am telling you, the south-east will suffer after the world stops using oil if they have seceded into biafra. the land in south-east is not good for crops. so you better play your cards right now because the future is tomorrow. the oil that is making you feel bullet proof will be obsolete very soon. the world leaders got together this G7 and have agreed to use clean technology and get away from oil in less than a decade. so biafra is dead on arrival. so you are backing up the wrong tree that will lead to suffering and starvation |

GEJ's big asset is silence and I knowcthats his response to obj. Of course obj knows he dare not critizize pmb else he finds himself where he least expects and I dare him through the life of this administration to venture utter talk less of criticize pmb. if it were GEJ who hadn't formed a cabinet by now he would have gone on CNN and shout but history will surely vindicate the just if obj knows he cares let him dare talk about pmb. 1 Like |

Nellybii: I'm sure you meant that as an insult but seriously come on. Personally I don't give my respect to someone simply because they're older, they have to earn it, deserve it, so go ahead and worship every criminal, pervert, and morally bankrupt psycho because they're your "elder". Thumbs up. |

PassingShot: So you make all minority tribes from Mumuye, Idoma, Tiv, Benin, Urhobo and many more responsible for actual or perceived poor performance of GEJ because they all share the tag "minority". But if Buhari fails, you won't make Yoruba responsible because they both share the tag "majority". Does that seem sensible to you? In any case, the majority rulers had 50 years to turn Nigeria around but they failed woefully. So what they failed to achieve in 50 years, GEJ was supposed to do in about 5 years, with Boko and other traps set in his way. Your like and those giving you likes here are the problem with Nigeria: Bigotry & tribalism. Tribalists and bigots are ready to condone corruption & mismanagement as long as their people are those doing it. In GEJ's cabinet, how many minority tribes were in it? Was each state not represented? Do majority tribes not make up the bulk of Nigerian states? We can honestly debate the way forward or keep being tribalistic. If so called majority have got us nowhere in 50 years and people still believe recycling same people to do same thing and expect anything different, that's insanity. 2 Likes 1 Share |
