Is it true that if you are more than 30 years old you wont be allowed to serve again in NYSC?

I may be wrong but I think its

if you graduated at age 30, you cant

if you graduated before this age but choose to serve at age 30+ you can

I haven't heard any different requirement for medical graduates however my knowledge is limited so maybe somebody else will have an answer
