I have told you that the internal debt profile of your state is not open to the public but can easily be deduced from state assembly approvals.

I also pointed out that the FG at one point had to come out with a directive to local banks to borrow with caution and seek the advice of the DMO before lending to your states.

The truth is that the southwest region has 4 out of 6 states topping states indebted to external institutions.

If they see nothing wrong in borrowing from external bodies how difficult will it be for them to borrow from local banks and float useless bonds?
