I create this thread in wake to the earlier thread about courses that are easy to make 1st class degree which I percieve a lot of fault in. 1) medicine and surgery
: in so many higher institution in Nigeria, for the past decades they have not been able to produce a 1st class graduate in this course, even to get admission for this course.....omo na die oooooo
2) Mathematics: you will all agree with me that this is the bedrock of all science courses talking of chemistry,physics etc....that is why anytime I come across mathematic graduate I dey doff hat
3) Medical radiography: though the course is nt popular, but imagine the combination of physics,medicine and engineering together....its no mint
4) Law: it is common that lawyers are witty, this is due to the scope of their field, studying law in any university in Nigeria is nt easy.....tuale to all the lawyers in the building
5) Civil engineering: civil engineering is arguably the most difficult engineering course, if u dare graduate with 1st class.....money don come be dat
6) Economics: I can testify to this because I'm an economist, if an one is of the opinion that economics is easy then maybe u didn't study it in UI
7) Architecture: this does nt attract too much attention but it require a lot of initiatives for drawing and contructing
Philosophy: I call this story telling course, you have to cram so many history wey no concern you and its so abstract
9) Pharmacy: all the chemical reactions calculation no be wasaa
10) Abeg add ur pals let's have ur opinion, and this is in no particular order

yes....only geniuses make firstclass in English. For instance, in my school (UNILAG), the last person that had a firstclass in English was already a charted accountant when she was in 200l and the current one this year is just 22, He's got a B.sc in mass com already and he writes for the Nation newspaper.
