Any so called 'man of God' can own as many private jets as he wants. This is only if it is not from the money that comes into the church through offerings and donations, but from the money he makes through an occupation.

It may seem like extravagance to you who dont have a single private jet, but bringing it down to (o)ur level, one can equally ask : Is it right for any christian to have more than 2 pairs of shoes when there are many poor people who don't even have any? How about those who have more than 2 houses, cars? You personally @OP, how many clothes do you have dat u hardly wear, when u know there are many in the streets who have none?
My point is, no matter what you do, how much you give out, there'll always be poor people around. Just do ur own little best and leave God & others to do what they can.

Presh I do get your point,I didn't make any specific reference to anyone,but I think Jets are wayyy too expensive to use as some sort of "car park"
This not only goes to pastors,many politicians nd buisness personnel too

Bro. the money used in the purchase and maintenance of these private jets is too much. These 'pastors' live in luxury at the expense of their members, who are suffering and smiling.
All I have said is that these so called 'men of God' should go out and find jobs. Church is not a business centre, neither has working in the church become an occupation where you make money from the church offerings.

Psalms 96:8 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts....If the so-called members who are suffering and smiling and still giving offerings in church think the pastor is cheating them by collecting their money,let them go and settle with the scripture!

I understand what you have written. I still maintain that pastors should not live on the money that enters the church. Such money is strictly to run the church. Let them go and find what to do, aside church work, in order to fend for themselves and their families. Have they worked more than Paul and others who engaged in works that gave them money, yet doing the work of God?

I am not against anyone giving money in the church. Give and it shall be given unto you. I am only talking to 'pastors' that have this conception that God called them to work in the church only, getting their source of livelihood from the money that enters the church. If one who works in the church is to be paid, then all workers in the church should be paid. These pastors need to go out and work so as to get money to also support the church and the needy as Paul and others did. If not, as Peter said, such people will be burden to the church.
