You are an illiterate or you read the wrong books. Dubai is one of the richest countries of the world today. She is not industrialised or have a strong army. If you watch closely the labour of north and other parts of Nigeria benefit more of SW as almost 80% of money in circulation in nigeria is changing hand there directly or indirectly.
