What's causing this guys,I just find it difficult to eat more than once since we finished Ramadan,i'm naturally a heavy eater and love food. But right now,after breakfast,I just don't feel hungry till evening and sleep like that without feeling hungry |

Your body and internal organs are adjusting to the new system you have imposed on it. Leave it like that . Moreover if you are not hungry drink more water it will wash away all the debris your body has accumulated through food over the years |
