Hello house, please i sincerely need help from the gurus here. im thinking of starting a building project in port Harcourt. Normally thee wont have been any rush but landlord has just increased his rent so im thinking it would be wiser to just buy a land and build. My question is this, what is the possibility of finishing a 5 bedroom duplex in 10 months? is this feasible? secondly if it is how much am i looking at roughly? thirdly what should i look for in a contractor? Thank you |

Your budget I think is important. There are other factors too. For example, desired location etc. I wish you all the best in the process of attaining a new status - house owner. |
