After i read about a boerbull being abandoned and maltreated by past owner and now adopted by a nairalander, i think its time we have dog foster homes here in nigeria or in our pet section so at least when someone is tired of its pet instead of letting it starve to death the person can actually just give it out to someone who cares, the instinctual character in dog make them know when someone is no more interested in them so its better to give out and have a rest of mind and let someone else take the responsibility.
