No cpa network makes it mandatory to own a website before you can be accepted as a publisher but it's a plus to being accepted.

I got accepted into major cpa network without a website.The trick i used email in place of website. And when answering your questions please don't lie be plain.

Make sure you call the network after you have submitted. You will be ask questions. Don't lie when answering them.

Landing page shouldn't be a problem there are plugins that makes it easier such as optimize press, instapage and the rest.

There's a particular landing page that increases optin as well as conversion is a survey landing page.

Presell crusher one i recommend & can get it for like 30k.

But for me i use a script i paid someone to do for me.

If you don't have money to spend design a simple squeeze page with html tool such as nvu/kompozer.

I can also develop a funnel with 5 of your top cpa offers.

I can not help you cos it all depend on how you respond to question ask when you are interviewed.
