from the numbers listed there is no sign included hence it would be wrong to use signs like '!' and '+' or numbers like '0' in the boxes. also, fill the boxes thus all boxes must be filled. ishilove what is the right answer biko.

Since numbers can be repeated then it's easy

5+5 in each box gives 30 i. e.
(5+5) + (5+5) + (5+5)

2) There is no way it is possible to solve for that without leaving a box blank ,when there is no even number on the list.

How I used to love Mathematics back then. Lemme try this one.

Ishilove, I'll deploy some ojoro means to solve the maths. Since the answer must be 30, and there are no even numbers to add up, let's go! And remember we can repeat numbers...

In first box,
Let's have 1+1=2 inside.

In the second box,
Let's have 5+7= 12 inside.

In the 3rd box,
Let's have 7+9= 16 inside.

So,

2+12+16= 30.....It can be done in many ways......

See Ojoro ooo, I'll go for no answer since the instruction is "Fill in the box using those numbers"

PS: the question says 'Fill the boxes ' not 'fill ALL the boxes '.. ...and says I can repeat numbers..... so.....bleh!!! ...lawyered! !!

Hahaha. You can't add up any three odd numbers to arrive at an even number....Unless of course you have to box them like I did and then you have 3 even numbers separately totalling 30....

As to your second question, the math can be solved in 2 ways:

a) Factorial method:
3!+11+13=30
3!+9+15=30
For those who are not familiar with factorials, 3! = 3*2*1 = 6, 4! = 4*3*2*1 = 24 etc.

b) Addition/Subtraction Method:

15+13+(7-5) = 30
15+13+(9-7) = 30
15+13+(9-5-3+1) = 30
15+13+(11-9-7+5+3-1) = 30
15+13+(11-9 ) = 30
15+13+(11-9+7-5-3+1) = 30
15+13+(11-7-5+3) = 30
15+13+(11-7-3+1) = 30
15+13+(11-5-3-1) = 30
