Please Wike should mount Rail Checkpoints at the outskirts of Rivers and other Governors of the SE should to same in their states where the trains will pass so that it will be thoroughly searched for any form of explosives and weapons because i am sure that the Barking Daura Dullapo may send his "boys" to accompany some of the trains from Kano.
