Noooo!!! I meant some scores I av seen, not the jamb cutoof, i think 260 and above is for medicine.

I did not say no one got "crazy high scores". If you set a 277 cut-off, then that department will NEVER meet the JAMB admission quota. Even if 100 people score 300, all the 100 are NOT vying for admission into the same University.

I guess it was mostly for the benefit of those who scored under 200. It's also possible they just decided to do this transfer thingy after they'd already sold /started selling COC.
