Seems you are not current. Most of those soldiers have either been prosecuted, jailed or kicked out of the military. Even the S.O.P and rules of engagement has changed significantly because of it. Most soldiers don't like the change because it practically leaves them vulnerable and defenceless when attacked. Can you say the same about the Nigerian military? You are and i both know what soldiers in Nigeria are capable of. They treat law abiding citizens like criminal in none combat areas; what do you think they'll do in a combat area?

Those prosecutions you mentioned were carried out just to please the media and the rest of the world, they are nothing compared to thousands of atrocities the American government is hiding in classified doc. I'm not saying the Nigerian military didn't commit any atrocity, but that is not enough reason not to sell us arms, there are other reasons behind it.
