It was never announced, and I've not involved INEC here, with INEC the commissioners have all elapsed their term and would leave sooner or later once other distractions are done with.

This was not an appointment, all the Executive directors are still going to be sacked. In the civil service, if you resume an hour before me, then you are the senior. That's just how it works.
