Study in Cotonou, Bénin republic without Jamb or post jamb just 5 O'level subject.
Application/Admission is now on for 2015/2016 academic session (September entry) to study at the "International University of Bénin", in Cotonou Bénin republic, (UPIB). UPIB is recognized by the federal ministry of education in Abuja, Nigeria.

I assume SSCE is senior school leaveing certificate. waec is just an exam entity that awards or bestow its candidates with ssce certificate, just like neco does too
