If you're not on 10.3.2 OS version, upgrade and see if that solves the problem

I don't think any one on 1mobile would work for BB10. Theres a special one for BB10 coz Playstore requires a google account and there are apps that implement that. Damheebako for playstore just google search "Crackberry: Google Playstore for BlackBerry 10" without the quotes and you see results.

BB10 OS like iOS doesnt work with launchers, although iOS is a little bit more flexible especially on iOS 8. The most you can customise on BB10 is the arrangement of app icons, placing apps in folders and changing of wallpaper.

Launchers work on bbOS10 bro... he can download Nova launcher, that's what I use on my Z30

I av successfully downloaded the Google play. but am still having problems using apps like snapchat on it cos it requires Google play services. any way around it?

Use the last method to search Crackberry for Google Play Services for BlackBerry 10, download and install it, it will work straight as you already have a google account on the phone. And also, Lordmayor4 said that launchers do work on BB10. I assumed they dont work, so i never really tried it myself.

Try taking out your sim from the phone, connecting to a Wifi hotspot without the sim in the phone and manually check for updates, the update should pop up.

My bbq10 screen got broken which I changed in the computer village about 6months ago.
Now the screen light refuse to on most times. The keypad light will be on yet the screen light will not be on. Hence I won't be able to see anything on the screen. Sometimes wen I pull off the battery the light will be restored but over time now Dats seems not to be working anymore.
The phone will be on, but the screen backlite will be off hence the screen. Will be blank. Pls help

Please after i wipe my bbq10 sprint, it says sim not compatible and when i checked settings and sim card, it says device is ready to use on this network. Please help me. Am confused

Your screen may need to be refixed or changed outrightly. Just take it to an engineer, theres not much anyone can do here.

I think your sim has that issue mayb. Have you called 121 to complain? I use glo and I subs yesterday without any issues or deduction. You should check your sim in a glo office..

Take out your sim and connect to a wireless network and see if it notifies you for an available update....

I'll advice you insert your glo sim into a non-bb10 phone and retry.

I just subscribed same using my bold6 and it work with no hazel
