[b]Lies! In the US, no one pays tuition or anything else up to High School. Everything is free: books, food, medical care, even bus pass; unless you are in a private (prep) school, which none of these Nigerian "Stars" could afford. For her, its gonna be free for the next three years when she will be 18 years old and in the 11th grade Now, please note that 18 years is 12th grade which is the last year of schooling, public or private.
