No not at all, your wards are not harsh to me, for your question, that is a website and that is exactly how the owner wanted it to look like, and in case you only check it with mobile I would advice you also use computer for better view.

It depend on how you want your website to look like, and I will design it for you accordingly. You can also check some of my previous work I posted earlier on this thread.
