getting the form is extremely hard nowadays. they will tell you to go online while they give it to their own people with connections.

From experience, my X's friend got the form ,filled it but one thing, she never stayed away from her state commissioner. She kept on disturbing the man until she became a known figure there. One day, she went there and he told her there is something from NDDC. Her entry was enlisted from the state,Cross River.She attended the screening February,2013 and she was called for her employment letter in November. That's my experience. Bottom line is , its somehow difficult but with persistence ,prayer and patience , something will definitely prop up.
