I've been using my z30 for over 2 months now and I noticed my battery no longer lasts long as usual subsequently. it lasts just 8 hours and I'm yet to understand why this is so. I bought it new for #60k few months back and I've not upgraded the OS.

I went for z30 after so much praise that was heaped on the smartphone with particular focus on its long-lasting battery. now the reverse is the case for me as at the moment. I don't know if it's because I'm yet to upgrade the OS that's why the battery life span is slowly dying.


please, fellow z30 users, do anybody have any solution for this. I'm dying to get my battery life span back!

The only thing I have to tell you is that it's natural, no device lasts exactly the way it used to when it was first bought, I stand to be corrected though

Yea, I do that and I charge the phone with my pc most times too.

There are things you need to tell us

do u mean 8hrs on H?

If thats the case ,thank ur starz cus i doubt recent modern droids and apple can boast of that

in my collection i also use an os10 device(z10) ,it has a horrible ba3

it isnt a new thing now with bb's

it started since inception

get urself a gud powerbank,cus changing the ba3 is just a waste of time

What I know is that. The longer you have a phone with you. The more apps you introduce. Nd that wuld mean more battery sucking. Nd also. It culd be d android runtime. Because when I started using android apps. My battery started dying
