I completely agree with LASEPA to seal the places as long as prior notice was given to them and they refused to adhere.

LASEPA, I have this mosque in Kosofe that wakes me up by 5am in the name of prayers everyday and I also have some churches that won't let me sleep on Fridays, shouting, chanting and casting in the name of Vigils. Can you spread your tentacles to these facilities?
