@barnacle..... UAB(Uniben Admission Board) requiries only two consistent name which u've got. I.e John Mikel(surname nd firstname respectively) but u've got two different middle names i.e Ade and Obi making it a total of "four" names(john mikel obi ade) which were arranged differently in various documents. Continue with d putme registration process there's nothing u can do at dz point. But make sure those four names appear in ya birth cert or affidavit, LGA cert and rest of d affidavit. Make sure u've got no additional issue like dob. My Humbe Submission.
