Hey peeps Fancied ewa agoyin today, some ppl think you cant get the right ingriedients to use but u just have to know where to source them from My own take on Ewa Agoyin Britt style  Receipe Ingriedients : Brown beans ( oloyin beans) An onions Pepper Tomatoes (blend with pepper n onions) Plantain Palm oil Vegetable oil ( for plantain) Cray fish Seasoning n spicies ( maggie , knorr , etc) Chilli pepper dry grounded one Water Salt to taste if needed Cc lalasticlala Ishilove Lol cherlene here u go .. Recipe Pick all stone , dirt , from beans . Wash . Put the beans in a pot add water (lots of water) chop an onion pinch of salt and leave to boil until tender. Once ready take off heat and leave to cool down Sauce Blend your tomatoes , peppers and onion together Get a pot add some palm oil and heat it till d whole house is smokey .. The oil has to fry a bit den u add chopped onions, leave dat to caramalise the u pour in blended tomatoe mix. Leave to fry down , add cray fish and seasoning of your choice , add d dry ground pepper n leave to fry some more .. Once ready put to one side Garnish Peel skin of plantain, slice it heat up frying pan with oil fry one golden brown u know the dodo is ready 9 Likes 2 Shares |
