Just soak the beans for like 30mins so it gets soft, if you have good blender it will, my mum just made moi moi few mins ago dude and that how she did, just use a solid blender you good!

Anyways, back to your question.

After peeling, you will soak the beans in hot water for like 20mins (till the water gets cooled down) then you blend it with your blender... Thank me later

blender all the way , even though there is grinding machine in your area blender is still the best to me because with it I can blend till I get my desired texture before stopping. in fact I use it time to time.

You know blender can't give us a perfect pepper when we blend it talk less of beans. Just write your address down because if the job isn't perfect, na to sue you for damages
